KidCo. Bungalow® uses photography and video thoughtfully to support safety, document children's experiences, keep families connected, and share the KidCo. community.

This form explains how your child's image, likeness, and/or voice may be captured and used and allows you to choose which uses you authorize.

One of the ways we help families stay connected is by sharing moments from their child's day.

KidCo. Connected™ may include photographs or short videos documenting:

• Play + exploration

• Learning experiences

• Art + creativity

• Outdoor activities

• Specialty enrichment

• Developmental moments

• Celebrations

• Everyday Bungalow life

These images are intended to be shared privately with enrolled families through KidCo.'s approved parent communication platform or through direct family communication.

I understand that group activities may occasionally include other enrolled children and that KidCo. will make reasonable efforts to respect each family's media permissions.

KidCo. Marketing + Social Media

Optional Permission

From time to time, KidCo. Bungalow® may photograph or record moments that beautifully represent our programs, learning environment, events, activities, and community.

With your permission, these photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media may be used in KidCo. promotional and informational materials, including:

• KidCo. websites

• KidCo. social media accounts

• Digital advertisements

• Email communications

• Printed brochures and flyers

• Program materials

• Promotional videos

• Community or event materials

• Other KidCo. marketing and communications

Child's Name + Personal Information

Unless separately authorized by the parent or guardian, KidCo. will not intentionally publish a child's full name with marketing photographs or videos.

KidCo. may use general descriptions such as a program, age group, activity, or learning experience when sharing approved content.

Withdrawal of Marketing Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent for future marketing use of my child's image by providing KidCo. Bungalow® with written notice.

KidCo. will make reasonable efforts to discontinue future use after receiving the request.

I understand that KidCo. may not be able to completely remove or retrieve materials that were lawfully published, printed, distributed, shared, or otherwise released before consent was withdrawn.
