Member Conduct + Expectation.
Member Conduct + Expectations
At Kidology Social Club, we create a positive and safe environment where everyone can thrive. All members—youth, teens, and adults—are expected to follow these guidelines:
Respectful Behavior: Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Bullying, harassment, or discrimination are not tolerated.
Safety First: Follow safety rules and listen to staff during activities and events. Any behavior that puts others at risk is not acceptable.
No Tolerance for Threatening Behavior: Verbal or physical threats will result in immediate disciplinary action, including suspension or removal.
Three-Strike Rule
First Strike: Verbal warning and discussion about behavior.
Second Strike: Written warning, meeting with an administrator, and a plan for improvement, including counseling and anger management participation.
Third Strike: Suspension or permanent removal from the club.
Consequences for Misconduct
Serious or repeated misconduct, such as violence or verbal abuse, may lead to suspension or permanent expulsion. Parents/guardians will be notified and involved in the process.
Commitment to Positive Engagement
We encourage respect, empathy, and personal growth. By following these guidelines, we maintain a safe and supportive space for everyone in our community.
